James Santana

Executive Director

I started my love for seniors during college, as I became a CNA working on a memory care floor. Quickly, my passion for the senior population grew, as I dreamed to one day be able to be the Executive Director of a Memory Care Community. A few short years later my dream became a reality, and I was blessed to be able to be the Executive Director of Avita of Stroudwater. Avita of Stroudwater’s goal for all of our residents and associates is to, “Live Well, Love Life.” With this mission and vision we continue to be a support system for families and caregivers. We at Avita of Stroudwater want to keep our residents engaged, and provide a high quality of life to them.

Lea Rust

Sales Director

In my experience helping families with placement options can be very challenging, not to mention emotional. Being a good listener and sensitive to the emotionality of this process is most important to me. I am passionate about educating those for what is needed now, as well as what we can plan for tomorrow. I am driven by the families and residents I see on a daily basis who are happy, well taken care of, and most importantly enjoying their lives within the community. I am impressed on a daily basis with our associates who are caring for our residents. They motivate me to be better, to do better, and to be proud of Avita of Stroudwater.

Nichole Doyer

Resident Care Director

Making a difference in the lives of our residents with dementia is very gratifying. Deserving the best care possible and giving 110% with our residents care is what makes us so special. I am proud of our nursing team which consists of CNAs, PSSs, CRMAs, and LPNs who work together to meet the needs of each and every resident. It is motivating to be surrounded by all who love what we do for our residents. Our goal is to make every day better, putting smiles on all of our faces, and living our lives together as a community.

Samuel Haviland

Food Service Director

I have been raised to be a team player and provide for those that need help and support. Being able to provide for the residents with a fun comfortable dining experience has been a passion for me. I believe that putting forth good behavior and positive morale will be contagious and have a positive impact for residents and the team that works passionately for the better life for residents.

Paula Schildroth

Business Office Manager

From the moment I drove past the Avita of Stroudwater’s “Coming Soon” sign I knew it was meant to be my home. After losing my own grandmother to Alzheimer’s I made the decision that Senior Care was where I was meant to be and I have never looked back. It has been an honor to serve our residents, their families and our associates over the last few years. My heart is full because of it. I am always here and happy to help you in any way I can.

Molly Nute

Program Director

My passion and purpose is working with elders and ensuring that they live their lives to the absolute fullest despite their age, health or ability.  It is my goal to provide daily programs for purposeful engagement that will improve the quality of life in each resident that we have here at Avita. It is wonderful to work in a community where we all have the same goal; to make a positive difference is people’s lives by creating a special place where residents can thrive and families can have peace of mind.  Seeing the smiles on the faces of our residents is what motivates me each day and the reward is great.

Darryl Tonseth

Maintenance Director

With a strong background in hospitality, and a passion for helping others, Avita has quickly become my home away from home.  I am proud to tell people I am part of the Avita team, and I take pride in the work I do around the community.  I love getting to know our residents, and helping them every step of the way.  “Live well and love life”, are truly words to live by.
