Help us create some Good Vibes!

As life at our communities has changed, many families have expressed the wish to have new ways to reach out and connect with us or to simply thank our dedicated team of associates.

We created the ‘Good Vibes’ page as a rolling message board for family members to leave a happy memory, share words of encouragement or write anything to express their gratitude to our associates. After all, we’re in this together!

Thank you Team Northbridge!

Martha Ann Edminster

to Autumn Glen

My mother, Mary Robinson , is probably the longest resident at Autumn Glen at 15 years. She has repeatedly expressed she feels very safe and well cared for doing this period of isolation. When I asked if she wanted to come to my house her response was, ”Heaven’s no! I am being well taken care of and this is where I am most comfortable. This is my home.” I think her words express it all! Thank you to All who provide this home for my mother.

Thank you everyone for working double time to make being cooped up in an apartment tolerable and bearable. My mom, Angela, misses her daily ice cream, movie nights and getting out for walks but appreciates the family photos printed out and delivered by Kim, pomegranate juice bought just for her and the daily private doorway yoga class given by Angela No. 2. She realizes that staff members have to repeat things many times over since group gatherings are no longer an option and that she is being kept safe and for me, it’s much easier to get in touch with my mother because I know she’s always just steps away from her phone.

There are no words to express the gratitude our family feels, at this difficult, time to the caring staff at Laurentide. What the staff has done at Avita in Laurentide, and continue to do everyday is nothing less than heroic. I wish I could think of some way to truly express my deepest appreciation. These are uncharted waters…and Laurentide at Mashpee has been exceptional. We are so thankful for all of you! God bless you all, and I pray He keeps you safe.

My parents, Lovye and Rolf had just settled in as new residents for only several months when the pandemic hit. They were enjoying the group dining hall experience, social activities and exercise classes while getting to know their new neighbors. They have constantly mentioned how wonderful the staff is. In these unusual times , I feel so relieved that they are getting such great care without being exposed to the general public. Teaching FaceTime to them on their new iPad has helped keep us more connected.. Thank you all for doing your best to keep them safe!

My children’s grandma has been there for about 5 months. She is well cared for and is safe. From the time you enter the doors you feel welcomed. The workers there are compassionate and go above and beyond to care for their residents. Everyone is so caring and love their residents. I miss visiting during this chaos but I can always talk to a worker if I need to.

I just needed to take a minute to give a very heartfelt shout-out to the staff and leadership at Stonebridge of Burlington. As much as I hate not being able to spend time with my parents in person, I am so grateful for the level of care and seriousness you have put into caring for our loved ones and your team. There are tons of Assisted Living communities in our neck of the woods and I feel like we hit the lottery each time my folks share one of the official communications about ways you are keeping Stonebridge safe and healthy while still maintaining a caring and fun culture. I know I am not alone in wanting to send you all some love and a HUGE THANK YOU!!!! 💜💜💜💜
